North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences and Arts awards Karl-Arnold Award to Dr. Thomas Bracht from the Reiter/Cygorek group

We warmly congratulate Dr Thomas Bracht from TU Dortmund University on receiving the Karl-Arnold Award of the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The prize honours his outstanding PhD work and exceptional research achievements in the field of quantum physics, entitled “Theory of Advanced Excitation Schemes for High-Fidelity Photon State Generation from Quantum Emitters.”

The award ceremony took place in Düsseldorf, where the Academy recognised his innovative contributions and dedication to advancing quantum science. Thomas completed his PhD in the Reiter group and now works as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Cygorek group.
