New Publication about photon bundle statistics
- Reiter
When photons are emitted from an optical cavity, they can form so-called bundle states. In this paper we assess whether quantum dot-cavity systems are suited for bundle emission, because phonons might affect the generation of such bundle state. We find that the typical photon statistics of a bundle state is greatly perturbed by the phonon influence. We discuss that other systems like superconducting circuits might be suited for the bundle emission.
